Nevertheless, this was only the beginning. Besides an 8-ton forklift, 5 bridge cranes had been commissioned, and a 100 m long outdoor crane track of 25 m span was also constructed in the meantime for the manipulation of finished elements. The latter is a spectacular component of the developments.
Meanwhile, the template park has also expanded significantly. Four tilting tables serving for manufacturing 12x3 m wall panels and a new stair template have also been commissioned. A template for manufacturing 42 m long prestressed beams has been involved in the production line, too.
It has profoundly changed the image of the plant that the production lines that have worked outdoors till now have been covered with a large 22x100 m roof, which do not provide shelter for the workers only but the elements are also manufactured here under better conditions.
While improving the operation conditions and the potentials of the plant, the developments have offered benefits to the employees, too. Not only because they are not exposed to cold and rain any more but they are also much happier to come to a workplace that is developing and expanding day by day. All this is reflected by their performance and by our reputation in the market.
Led by Dr. Zoltán Perjés, the employees of the Heves RC prefab plant has been forged to a cohesive, efficient staff, their work triggers more and more recognition and the plant has caught the attention of the trade. Thanks to the development projects they are capable of achieving results that not every similar plant can. All in all, this is a success story. People, technology and strategy have made a good, powerful team and those spending a short time with us can experience, see and feel the same. The Builder Forum has made an interview with Dr. Zoltán Perjés that you can read in the Monitor.
